Abstract

While individual companies in the coffee industry have their own set of strengths, they also share many common features that are prevalent in successful companies throughout the industry. These key industry success factors include an effective leadership style, effective management practices, and effective marketing efforts. This paper explores why Starbucks has experienced success in the highly competitive coffee industry.
